The experience, education and values behind DEK Property Services.
My name is Daniel Krawczyk, and I am the owner of DEK Property Services. Before starting the company, I spent twelve years on active duty in the United States military. I served six years in the United States Marine Corps working in communications, followed by six years in the United States Army, where I served as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant.
My military career taught me how to plan, lead, communicate, solve problems and stay accountable when the details matter. Working in demanding environments also taught me the importance of preparation, adaptability and following a job through to completion. Those are the same standards I bring to DEK Property Services and to every customer and project I take on.
Today, I am continuing to build on that experience by studying Construction Management at the University of North Florida. My goal is to combine formal construction education with the leadership, logistics and project-management experience I developed during my military career. That education is helping me strengthen my knowledge of estimating, scheduling, construction processes and the business side of managing projects.
I created DEK Property Services to provide homeowners, businesses and government customers with one dependable company for a wide range of property needs. Whether I am handling a project directly or coordinating qualified professionals for specialized work, I want customers to have one point of contact who communicates clearly, takes responsibility for the job and makes sure the work keeps moving in the right direction.
As DEK Property Services grows, my goal is to continue expanding the services we can provide while keeping the company personal, responsive and accountable. I want the reputation of the business to be built on dependable service, strong project management and doing what we say we are going to do.
